After they touch the money,computer,& face they start making food without washing there hands.I gave them a 3 star because the manager was nice and he told her to wash her hand and they made me a new one with clean hands
My order came missing ranch dressing that i paid for it and they took a hr to come back and complete the deliver ...drivers suck ...
Service and ordering accuracy has really declined. Got my pizza today, one was stuck to box, second wasn't accurate. ordered half cheese and half with meat.. entire pizza covered with meat so my daughter ate something else!
TERRIBLE!!! Burnt brownies, cold pizza, 1.5hr delivery time ONE mile away. WORST customer service EVER. Would not tell me a managers name, her name...ANYTHING. Paid $55 for 2 terrible pizzas and burnt brownies.
Very very bad for customer experience. The irony is people from hillside will still order from there because it's Domino's and you guys use the fact that they won't retaliate to treat them however you wish. All I can do is share my reviews online and never order from that specific store no more. It's not even a bad customer experience, it's a disgusting one.
