Pretty good job here..quick in n out
My first time here. The greeter should do better in helping to shape customer expectations for a better experience. It is not enough to just sit put at her desk. I needed a thorough detailing of my car done. I had no idea what that meant until I was given a poorly cleaned car. I told the greeter I wanted a thorough wash of both interior and exterior of my car and she recommended the $21 worth of car wash. I also made mention I wanted the seats throughly cleaned to the boys that handled my car. I expected these boys to at least advice me but no, I wasted money paying for 1 month ultimate wash and left a very dissatisfied customer with the exact same way I brought my car in. Now you will make me spend more as I will have to come back and make sure I am understood this time around and ready for a full refund should I be messed up again!!!!
This was the first time I been here. It's was very busy place today being so nice out in October, , but I took my car and my wife to get two quick details which cost us $90.00 bucks,. They could of done a better job. I understand the worker are very tired and get a a lot of bad complaints. But they need to be more friendly and tried to do a better job on the vehicle with details, 90.00 buck is a lot of money to spend. The hood on my wife car wasn't clean from bird dropping, we had to ask the people to redo the wheels,
Very friendly environment and excellent customer service.
My car the back window wasn't clean, plus some dirt needed to be clean off. The jams on both car needed to be clean. Plus a better job vacuuming in the car.
