She has warm and welcoming face and very professional. basically worked miracles. At the end of the night, I walked out with a new car and most importantly new friend. Although any car buying takes a lot of time, it was most definitely worth it! My experience with Jean Shim was great! She was very fun, with great conversation, coffee, tea and she really stuck it out for me to get the car of my dreams! She’s extremely patient and has answers to every question you could possibly come up with. It was my first time buying a car on my own (with some parental help) but she made the experience worth while. Before I went to Route 22 Honda in Hillside, I did visit a few other dealerships that gave me a hard time and made me feel incapable of learning new things. Like I said, buying a car is definitely stressful and takes a decent amount of your time, Jean and the Route 22 Honda crew really made me feel comfortable and welcomed! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new car or a used one!! Thank you guys again! My new ride is absolutely amazing !!!! :)
Great experience! I went to a different Honda dealership and was pushed by the sales person. I was scared to try another but route 22 Honda had great reviews. Ralph was not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and was super transparent. No gimmicks! I appreciated his help in buying my first car and making it a great experience for my boyfriend and I.
My husband and I bought a used car from Route 22 Honda a couple of weeks ago. The entire process was made simple by our awesome salesperson Emily. She's cool and patient. Even my 5 year old loved her! The finance guy (who's name I can't remember...sorry) was great as well. Not once did we feel as if we were getting taken advantage of or played. Everything was explained clearly and the paperwork was all easy to read and simple. We had such a good experience that I'm considering coming back after the holidays to trade my car in for an Accord.
