This one loud lady mite be the manager idk but she does not listen, talks over ur head, says her business and others... She ruins it for the whole shop cause everyone else knows what they doin and does it well and politely.. She got folks comin in gossipin.. Actin like the shop is her front porch.. If they ditch her they are 5 stars all the way... I hate leavin the shop angrier than when I got in.. But look if u kno her or u the gossiping type.. Or u got all day.. Sit in her chair.. I don't need to describe her much.. U will see smh
